I went to an open mic several weeks back to check out the atmosphere before I went on for the first time myself. Sweet Maria, about 45 minutes was about all I could take. It was basically an f-bomb and sex joke contest. I'm not against raw comedy, but that night was horrible. I am going on next week for my first time. It'll be mostly clean material, and my main concern is remembering everything. The guy in this video, pretty good stuff.
I was assuming off the bat he was going to be a shmuck, couldn't pull off the thought after a while. Hes got a great future coming.
