    Indeed when an individual actually reads and studies the entirety of scripture. An individual figures out that they still need to continue to observe feast like the Passover.

    Thank you for sharing truth that we didn't take the time to read before I discovered your channel on yt. I'm grateful that you read and were obedient in being a messenger of Yahweh. If it wasn't for your obedience I don't know if I would've ever seen the facts that you share from the Word. Also, thank you for doing videos with Don Esposito. We have learned much from him also.

    Just found your youtube channel through an ad. Thank you! Given the prevalence of Greek and Roman influences, should we start observing other Jewish feasts, and other parts of the the Mosaic law such as circumcision and dietary influences?

      Well, first of all, thanks for the comment and we are glad you found us too! Second, the biblical feasts are not "Jewish" this is a common misconception, as Lev 23 calls them "Yahweh's Feasts". They do not belong to the Jews. After all, it was a mixed multitude that left Egypt and it was a mixed multitude that received the law at Sinai, so like Ecclesiastes 12:13 states: Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear Elohim and keep His commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. Israel is Yahweh's chosen people, but the Jews are only 1 tribe of Israel. We believe there is room for all of mankind in Yahweh's coming kingdom.
      Next, while we do not think there is anything wrong with circumcision, we do not think it is a salvational issue. Acts 15 makes it clear. At least as far as Gentile converts go. Now, If you are a blood Israelite, that could be another story. As far as the dietary laws go we believe they are in full effect as there is nothing to indicate they were ever changed. Peters vision in Acts 10 proves that the apostles were still adhering to the dietary laws well after Yahshua ascended.
      Please let me know if you have any other questions.

      @@YahwehsRestorationMinistry That's interesting and makes sense. I was raised Catholic and that's the Church I attend currently and we just had readings today about the priest Melchizedek who was the king of Salem. He was a priest of God Most High before Abram was even called Abraham. I believe that the Jewish people hold a special role in salvation of the world, but I wonder now that the fullness of salvation exists in the new covenant, if their law is still in effect. There is a lot of non-Jewish elements in the Catholic faith but also some Jewish ones, so I'm trying to figure it all out. It's really interesting in Isaiah 56, how it describes how it pleases the Lord for foreigners to hold to his covenant: "And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord
      to minister to him,
      to love the name of the Lord,
      and to be his servants,
      all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it
      and who hold fast to my covenant-
      7 these I will bring to my holy mountain
      and give them joy in my house of prayer.
      Their burnt offerings and sacrifices
      will be accepted on my altar;
      for my house will be called
      a house of prayer for all nations.”
      Since Christ is the covenant (Hebrews 9-10), and also the house of prayer (John 2:16-19), aren't we no longer beholden to the old law?
      I also know that Christ has not come to abolish the law (Matthew 5), but to fulfill it, i'm just not sure if it applies to non Jews such as myself.
      It's also interesting because He says not a jot or stroke of the law will pass away, until "panta genetai" (all should happen; ), but doesn't this occur when Christ declares "Tetelestai" (All has been finished/realized) before yielding His Spirit on the Cross? I know it's kind of a Greek concept, but tetelestai comes from the Greek concept of telos, which holds that things have their beginnings, potentials, and ends, like how an acorn has its telos in an oak tree, so perhaps He is saying that He is the telos/realization of the law?
      Any clarification would be great! Thank you!!

      If there is someone who was unable to take the 1st Passover, the second is a perfect opportunity. Thankfully, we had no one who couldn't take the first this year.

    I agree we should celebrate passover, and agree Easter is a pagan celebration. What are your views on Christmas and birthdays...are they considered pagan?

    • @YahwehsRestorationMinistry
      @YahwehsRestorationMinistry  Před 2 lety +2

      Here is a good explanation about Christmas: yrm.org/december-25-birthday-sun/
      Birthdays are a little less black and white. YRM as a ministry does not take a stance on birthdays and we leave that up to the believer.

      @@YahwehsRestorationMinistry Thank you for responding and the info. I don't celebrate xmas or birthdays. But I personally think birthdays are ok providing you don't have candles on the cake or make a birthday wish. After all Jesus received gifts from the 3 Magi when he was born. It's interesting to get other peoples views on it..thank you.
