This explanation and setup is great BUT it still needs to be a filled (market) order, we should be able to do this kind of setup BEFORE the trade is filled/triggered, with OCO/bracket limit orders. By being able to do this there won’t be the need to be “taking care” of the new non-linked limit orders for multiple TP’s.
this is a pain, honestly. why didn't they add a SL and TP button on the order panel?
You guys need to do more... This is such a pain. How about doing something that TOS does?

We need to know how many contracts to put in before the trade. Dragging a stop loss mess up risk to reward. This should be fixed.
True, i have to count it manually in a matter of seconds how many contracts do i have to buy if i want to place a market order. Annoying af
@@nashi_1111 very annoying! Got me not doing so well in my challenge. I am not making what i should have made, and when i try to adjust and it happens to be in a losing trade i lose big. I don't know why something this important if not the most important aspect of trading was not taken into account, pretty weird! How do you calculate btw?
A lot of manual input is required which leaves a lot of room for error with Orders, TP, SL.

every time i have to right click and set a price too long for my trade you guys have to fix this it shoud be one click very quick!
Agree with everyone else this shouldn't be so complex. Its neat to be able to drag out a stop loss, but you need to be able to have multiple TP orders that are still OCO. When you scale into a position you can't adjust the TP orders separately which is super basic honestly and a huge oversight.
When it took out the sell limit orders the stop loss orders were still there. What happens when they get filled? If you have multiple accounts and you arent careful one of those could fill and run all night without you realising

You have to pay extra $40 each month for level 2
Why not just integrate the TV position tool to set orders ???? (I know it's "on the way").

Can we do that manually? As example we buy 3 contracts and then if we choose 1 and click sell is it gonna close the first and leave 2 still open?
exactly.
you can enter a position of 3 contracts & market out by selecting 1 in the circle that is in the order field. When you click the market buy/sell - it will execute the number of contracts as selected by the contract number in the circle.

I tried to do this and there is no option to place limit orders when I right-click while in the trade. I will submit a ticket to support.
I just used it and limit sell did not come up on the screen when i was trading
Very half baked OCO capabilities. I hope this is upgraded soon.
