I just got a GX L3 today. It's the 18v cordless battery compressor. I filled a 22ci 3000 tank in 8 minutes and my 68 ci 4500 tank to 4k in 35 min. For what it is it works well. I'll prob top off with 1k or so left in them just to cut down on fill times. These GX products are great alternatives to the various Chinese compressors that require some sort of cooling system. These things are quiet and don't get hot. Very impressed

A little tip for using pcp air compressors, close the bleading valve after you have started the compressor and are beginning to pump the guns tanks ect not befor, it's better for the compressor, becourse it can happening that it gets a vacuum back pressure or what it's called and it destroyes the compressor, this tip is nor from me but from a air gunner that have testet many compressors. It's cool that good pcp compressors getting more affordable.
did you get grease in yours? i didn't have any and it is listed on the parts list. after 100 hours of operation need to "grease". do you happen to know what it is? just wd 40?
How many minutes does it take to fill a 1 liter air tank from zero to 300 bar, and do you recommend filling it in two stages? It took me 15 minutes to fill from zero to 100 bar and I just stopped it

Does anyone have any tips about my GX CS3 not putting 4500 psi into my Scott air tank? It only fills to 4000 psi and then stops, won’t go any higher. I have put soapy water on all connections and don’t see any leaks. Any ideas?
I just found this video and i have to ask everyone i have the GXSC3 and it took a dump on me today ! I tried to fill one of my airguns but the compressor will only hit 600 psi now ! I checked it for leaks and found nothing ! It runs but it sounds like your hitting it with a hammer now and as i said it will only make it to 600 psi ! Any ldeas on what could be wrong with it ?? It only has 4 hr.s run time on it !

Hey bud I got the same compressor you have there and it's got a oil and water filter separator built into the machine you don't need the other thing I've tested it and there's absolutely no water coming out of that and going into your gun I've tested it
Yeah but you know the bigger the filter you put on that the more pressure you're going to put on that machine to push through it to put the air into your gun and that's not good

I received my Brand New Compressor last week. I just used it yesterday (Saturday) for the First Time. Woke up this morning, and their was Oil on my garage floor. Made Sure To Follow Instructions to the letter. Replaced fill cap properly. And it Shakes Like An Earthquake, when filling Rifle ??? Help Please
Shame on you for supporting the Chinese, you should have bought a Hills. The action on that rifle is ridiculously high, why ever didn’t you have an adjustable cheek piece fitted ?

What filter you using for moisture?
I've had mine for almost 2 years and it's still going strong! Best compressor I've ever had.😊

I mentioned not closing the valve until after starting the compressor.
I like mine. It takes three cycles to fill my AEA up to 4500 though.

No grease but I would think it's a silicone grease but don't quote me on it.
The 5 minutes it took to fill that gun to 3k.....what was the starting pressure? What was the size of the air cylinder on the gun?
The starting pressure was zero. The cylinder holds 350cc.

Depends on how long you used it. I usually just the airflow coming out of it for any heat.

I fill in 500psi increments. Let it cool completely in-between.

This may sound strange, but mine would act like that if it was not setting flat on all 4 feet.

But double filtered is not going to hurt it either. Plus I upgraded that filter to a larger one.

👍🤠🇺🇲 I've done it. I do it in steps of 500psi. Time depends on how hot it gets. Need to let it cool down in between steps.

I've been doing 500 psi increments on my small tanks. I have no idea how big a 7 liter is. I don't do metric.
