I mean, the deadliest ground unit they have is a civilian mass driver that was meant to put small satelites into orbit at low cost. The ECA kind of have a knack for weaponising stuff built for civilian purposes. Meshes with their background of being the defenders and getting pushed back at the start of the war, to the point where they start to bring out nastier and nastier stuff as the desperation mounts.

I love Command and Conquer - and Generals especially - quotes, but I have to admit, the ECA has my favourite quotes of all time. They are just the right amount of corny, funny and culturally diverse that they always crack me up.
Also the voice acting by itself is just incredible.

It's baffling to me, how well made and polished everything is in this, and the things they could achieve with Generals' egnine.
I think the supreme texture and effects work is what truly separates ROTR from the rest.
I mean, I do like Contra and Generals 2. But they are just not nearly as well put together.

China play style: quantity and cheap large army
Russia play style: expensive, powerful but low in technology
ECA: quality low number, expensive and high in technology and good defense
You forgot insane camping for ECA. Also - Russia has very advanced tech! Just look at the coilgun or tesla weapons!
You could also say that for ECA you could just sit back and let them waste their resources and troops on your impenetrable defence.

1.86... 1.87 is still under development but the devs always keeps the site updated for the fans of the mod
The 1.87 test build went public quite some time ago and has all the updates. Can be downloaded from the forums. 1.86 is the one where everything is working and stable. Both builds have their own launcher.
Version 1.87. Already avaliable. But; honestly? I preffer the version 1.86.

Well yes, Pandora does not need any cost to fire her railgun nor her mine, while Topol is very costly.
She also can be used offensively and defensively, suitable for her role.
