Sir really by random I got your video and understand lightinig very well other wise bas rati thi understand Nahi hua tha aur other video se concept clear Nahi ho Raha tha.thank you very much
4:05-4:32 An electron weighs about 10^-31 kg and has a charge of about 10^-19 C. The elictric field needed to counter Balance its gravitytational force ist therefore ob the Order of 10^-11 V/m. The elictric field present in Thunder Clouds is in the Order of 10^3 V/m so its nothing short of ridiculous to Claim that the mass difference of the ice particles due to electrons gained/lost is responsible for the Charge separation between bottom and top of the Cloud.
It's a theory to explain class 8 students not the graduates. As loosing electron has very minimum effect on weight as e had a mass of 9.1x10-31kg which is in any way negligible to the atom
During a lightning strike, the rapid expansion of air around the lightning channel creates a shockwave. This shockwave travels outward from the lightning bolt, compressing and heating the surrounding air. This phenomenon is known as thunder. The rapid compression and heating of the air cause the air molecules to move very quickly and collide with each other. These collisions generate pressure waves that we perceive as sound waves, resulting in the loud thunderclap associated with lightning. However, it's important to note that ice atoms themselves are not directly involved in the process. Lightning primarily occurs within clouds and between the cloud and the ground. In these areas, it's primarily air molecules that are affected by the extreme conditions created by the lightning strike. So, while ice may be present in a thunderstorm, it's not the ice atoms that are responsible for the collisions generating the thunder. It's the rapid heating and compression of the air caused by the lightning discharge that leads to the shockwave and subsequent thunder.
Sir, I had a doubt that how can protons move? You said "because of the strong force of attraction the proton of the atom moves towards the sphere."But,how is it even possible?
For the 1st time, someone has explained this phenomenon very clearly .thank u sir .
I watched 2-3 videos to understand this concept but did not understand,I jst randomly opened up uhr video. You explained very well.Thnku Sir🙂
Thanks for watching 🙏
This phenomenon is clear to my all doubts...
Thank you 😊

Thank you very much
Thank u so much sir. The explanation was really nice. 😊😊😊
Got you there.. Better explained.. Now im almost clear of my pros and cons.. ❤
Realy this expalanation is like honey test. Thanks you have talent of understanding . Thanks thanks thanks thanks
Thank you for your compliments 🙂
Thanks gor the crystal clear explanation sir
Best explainstion
Good video nice explanation
Nice video sir!
Nailed it.
Nice explanation Sir
it was helpful defnitely

Thank you sir ❤️❤️❤️
isse basic kuch nhi ho skta 💓💓💓
Nice video sir
Wow super
very nice
Will bottom part of the Earth 🌏 will become neutral?
i have oene doubt on 3:29 , how does the ice particle accept extra electrons and became negatively charged? it will repell right?( the ice particle)
Thanks a lot sir
Best explanation
Glad you think so!
Very detailed and clear explanation. It helped me a lot.. Thank you so much sir.
You are most welcome
Sir after discharging does the upper part of the cloud remain positively charged? ( 12.10)
👌👌👌
Every other youtuber make more and more doubt ... but you make this concept very clear
🎉
Can some one explain why cloud became positive and earth act as negative
❤
❤️❤️
Thank you !
You're welcome!
very nice.
Thanks a lot

i have a question ,if all ice particles are identical ,why one losing and one is ganing electrons and two types of charges develop?
Slight variations in properties
One has slightly loosely bound electron another opposite
you are the first one inthe world to say an atom that gains one electron is too heavy to float, saying as if electromagnetic force doesnt exist.
This explaination is for kids till grade 10. Thanks for watching
Sir ,can current blow( - ) to( + ) and (+) to (-)?
Sir ,plz tell me how to get negative charge😢
Conventional current always flow from positive to negative but the electrons move from negative to positive. Thank you very much
A quick question. Why do the ice atoms bump into each other? Is that caused by heat or something else?
air currents maybe

Positive ions not protons
