- Aloo puri is popular breakfast in north India, it is goes well with aloo curry. It can also be served with any pickle or dry vegetable. Key ingredients in this recipe are flour, potato and spices.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour-150 gm(1 cup approx.)
Sooji/semolina/rava-3 tbsp
Boiled potato-1(large)
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
Carom seeds(ajwain)-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Salt-1/3 tsp or as per taste
Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
Cooking oil
