You earned yourself a subscriber for this help. My Samsung S7 Tab 5G didn't have emergency dialer and wouldn't allow me to install these two unknown files. But the website you shared had Xshare which help me, allow the necessary permission and install these 2 unknown files.
When I install the os app it doesn't ask me to sign into my Samsung account, so when I try to restore app data it automatically updates I'm assuming and doesn't let me proceed past that step

1. hard reset your phone
2. if it still does not work, then you must update firmware or use PC method in order to get into settings/menu

Google Assistant or Bixby don't open when I say to open google assistant. Voice commands are definitely turned on. t beeps as if it recognizes the command. Any ideas?

hey -- there's no option for samsung cloud on the phone I'm trying to bypass. it's a Samsung Galaxy s10e, so I don't know why it isn't there. can you help?
edit: figured it out,.not possible on verizon phones so you have to put in another sim card if possible to switch over the carrier of the phone. verizon disabled samsung cloud for their own awful cloud

What's if mine does have the Folders and Files under the Permission Manager? Does STORAGE work the same?

Great video except for the part where you leave out that these applications the package disabler pro is a paid application it is not free there's no way to get it free it costs money also when you have no alliance shield because you have no knocks it is almost indefinitely impossible for any of this to work
Just follow this video step by step, you don’t have to pay for anything. All free, of course if you watch and follow the instructions

I have done all the steps but when I give it to restore data from samsung cloud it gives me the following message "something went wrong"
