Doctor we follow you on regular basis , we have question , at what age we can feed solid food , we have a baby boy, 9 months old , we feed rice with vegetables or mutton / chicken in a purée form
Are we feeding correct or we should start solid food instead of purée, pls advise

Before 1year cow's milk is not easily deigest to baby.....and after 1yr u will give cow's milk... with these conditions starts to feed cow's milk add 3/4th of water for it and boil well after 10days add 1/2 of water...and then decrease water level..definitely that's good for ur baby...
