So you went this route and not the Spider route of Roman's Spider deck from 5Ds... interesting. Thanks for the ideas.
Makes you wonder which Archetype is Better…. Of course the XYZ version is better. What was I even talking about here…
Been using this on master duel… resonance insect imo is one of the best bugs for this especially for when using insect imitation, because if they ash the insect imitation Resonance still goes to grave activating its effect still and still gets you mother spider splitter. I use danger mothman at 3 with allure of darkness and i think i have some random Inzecktor at 3 because they are level 4 dark insects surprisingly not a lot of them. I dont have any of your main deck boss monsters… we live and die with the Seven sins strategy. I like to do the combo and then after the first round of attacks if i somehow didnt kill them… i xyz my second seven sins on top of the rank 10 spider, and then i have a protection the next turn on both seven sins, then i use the second baby spider to redo the strategy to have 2 seven sins, and the rank 10 with whatever normal summons i do. Ive had boards with like 13,000 attack because i halved twice lol.
Interesting lines, even tough about the Resonance thing, i found it to play a lot better in Insect Links (but that might be because Insect Links are simply stronger). Tough, this is interesting, thanks for sharing your knowledge!

The Prey of Jirai Gumo only actives if your opponent has a monster in its column. Otherwise the card just sits there, It's a hit or miss card.

You have any suggestions on what i can replace "Humongous Hive" monster with since he's not in Master Duel yet?
This is strong but i feel it doesnt have a consistent enough searcher, gotta waste the normal summon and the battle phase to use gokipon to get you mother spider. And theres no way to search insect imitation to hand to get around the normal summon for mother spider if your board isnt wiped. But when it works… boy its over for the opponent quick
You are totally right. I also tried building this deck and mixed in some Digital Bugs and yeah, the issue is searching, the solution is a weird combo.
Basically, you use the superheavy samurai cards to make diabolantis, send Predaplant Byblisp, add Ophyris Scorpio, ns it, use its effect to ss the other level 3 Predaplant, add instant fusion, activate it, make Beetrooper Cruel Saturnas, search for Beetrooper descent, use it, make picofalena and then use her effect to equip an insect you control with Resonance Insect, link your insects into Armor Horn and Xyz the 2 predas into King Cicada, now resonance Insect adds Mother Spider, use Armor Horn to selftribute and ns her, and now enjoy! (1 card combo if you did not notice ;))
The SHS cards are
superheavysamurai Prodigy Wakaushi
Superheavy Samurai Monk Big Benkei
Superheavy samurai Soulgaia burster
For consistency, add superheavy samurai Motorbike.
The combo with them is
Scale Wakaushi -> effect -> place Big Benkey -> Big Benkey add burster -> burster effect twice, ss itself, Synchro 8 diabolantis, diabolantis send byblisp and Wakaushi in ED self scales.
P.s you also get a free Pendulum summon on top of the combo.
I've checked the manga cards and since there's still some cards to be printed from Kyoji's deck, there's room for a searcher, perhaps Rainbow Spider can be the searcher since it's one of the cards without effects on the manga.

I wonder how possible it will be to get number 35 and pin gainer on turn one to set up massive burn damage on opponents turn. I typically can only set up one or the other. Will try this tomorrow morning.
I realize it's been like two months since this comment, but it's actually pretty easy to do that using the effect of baby spider in the graveyard.
Simply rank up into the Pain Gainer, then activate Baby Spider in the grave and detach Ravenous Tarantula from Pain Gainer as cost, which puts Ravenous Tarantula in the graveyard as cost, therefore making it able to be summoned from the grave.
You can also use this to do a pretty disgusting (although somewhat easily interruptible) otk going second, by doing the exact same lines as the previous example, except afterwards you activate the effect of Pain Gainer to destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with less defense than itself, and then ranking up into The Seven Sins using Pain Gainer, which as long as your opponent hasn't done self damage to themselves, has an even 8k attack to swing for game with because of Ravenous giving it another 4k on top of it's 4k baseline.
