@@sweetfavorsdesignercakes4813 Yes you are absolutely correct pimentos are a deep red color.... Pimento cheese is a spread made with pimentos, mayo, cheddar cheese and other ingredients giving it a Coral hue. But yes you were correct. I guess I didn't make myself clear.
