Flour - 500 gr
Butter - 250 gr
Cold water - 100 ml
Egg - 1 piece
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Cream
Milk - 600 ml
Egg - 1 piece
Sugar - 180 gr
Flour - 2 tbsp
Vanillin - 0.5 teaspoon
Cold cream 33% - 200 ml

When i arrived to Canada, even in my damn lonely moments, first months were crazy, i arrived to a place that i was sleeping on the floor and insects crawled over my body while sleeping and roaches in the kitchen.
Well, there was a pastry store, the owners were 2 armenian ladies, i gotta tell that, until now, the Napoleon cake they used to sell, it was the best dessert i have tasted, they used to treat me so well, so welcoming, their mother passed during that time, 2015 aprox, and eventually they closed the store, why?, that i cannot tell, but as quality?, dude, i have years in the food i dustry, i dont give a half of a crap if your damn ego tells that you are the best, be frkn humble, cause there is amazing people out there, that didnt go to any other school but life, and can do better stuff than your damn decadess of culinary exp.
I am Mexican, and i always remember them and the way they treat me, i am glad of this video, i will try to learn more about the Armenian pastry and see what i can do.
