I also have the 2018 K1600B and from NY (Albany area). Just rode out to Laconia NH for the bike rally last weekend. Here's hoping I dont get that reverse module issue!
Reverser module failures are becoming all to common for us k1600 owners, it’s known as the three blinks of death

If it weren’t for the Sea to Sky, I would attempt to get a 1600. That stands out. Nice big bike. Well it is just about your time. I think I’m more excited than you are and I ain’t going anywhere. Lol. Stay safe and your countdown has begun. NASA says so.👍🏽😎
Hey Shawn slide the mount up 1 inch and angle the phone forward a bit. That should solve all your problems 🇬🇧👍🏿
You got me thinking, I figure I must have about 15,000 miles on my Saddleman bag. Still looks pretty much like new.
Nice 1600! I miss my Valkyrie the flat 6 was a stump puller!! That bag on the Shield looks like it will work fine.
Amazon has a distribution center about 10 miles away from you in Troutdale and a big one out in Hillsborough.

Very nice Beemer! Odd that it has the same fault as that other one. I like Kemimoto gear as well, seems to hold up pretty good. Some people swear by their heated gear. Quick question, what booster battery would you recommend if on a budget. It would have to be smallish to pack on the bike. I already have a tire inflator and tire kit but as you know Spyders are fussy if the battery goes low so I’d prefer not to be stranded. Anyway great vid as always! Be well Smoaks!

Sometimes I miss my B. But I don't miss the high-speed weave the things have. Terrible on the interstate. If BMW would have address it (besides the speed limiter) I'd buy another one, but nope. Don't know how that guy rode one all the way from New York unless he stuck to the backroads all the way.

@@Pach696 Do an internet search. Plenty about it. CZcams won't let me post direct links to sites like Big Rock Moto's "Brutally Honest" review of the GA. Lots of other ones, just have to do a little digging.
@@Pach696 I can atest to that. I have a 2018 K1600B. The "wobble" seems to be better when I ride 2-up with luggage...not as noticeable. But would I buy again....probably not.
@@AdiposePhin wobble on a expensive bmw! that’s unacceptable! do they not have a fix for that? or do they deny or play dumb.
@@Pach696 I'm not entirely sure. To me it hasnt been big enough problem to bring it in. I see fixes being "new tires" "lower tire pressure" "engineering issues" in forums. Not sure BMW ever disclosed fully what the real issue is.
