Question is not clear, please specify clearly. You can apply from UK as well for child dependent visa but you need indian passport first along with birth certificate

But in the application form, there is the question: "Are any of my wife's children applying with you?". I am confused whether the answer should be "yes" or "no", since I am not the primary applicant. For both children you must need to file a separate application so you need to have separate consent form as well
