Church or the general public should encourage the ladies to come forward and make it public whether any one sexually abused them. We must give a reward to these girls or ladies and keep their name private. We must eliminate the criminals and the unwanted from the society. Now a days many unqualified people became clergies, because they get good position in our society, they have many opportunities to go to foreign countries and make plenty of money.
