- Cole Anthony was the #1 PG in the 2019 HS Class. A tough freshman season at UNC including a partially torn meniscus, hurt his draft stock. I like Cole Anthony's ability to score in a variety of ways but he's got to improve as a passer and a defender in order to fully recognize his potential and carve out a role in the league.
I think he's a become a bit underrated based on talent and upside alone, considering the guys in this draft. I could honestly see him going anywhere from 5-14. He's my 10th ranked prospect.

It's pretty crazy how good of a rebounder he is at his size, he is really putting that vertical to work, can't wait to see what he does in the NBA.

i remember past nba drafts being "bad" and actually having great players that scouts didn't think much of. i also remember "great" drafts turn out to be kinda meh cause the top guys ended up being busts or failing
Cole is one of my favorites "potential" players in the draft. He could be the next CP3 or the next DJ Augustine. Definitely a nba player in my opinion though.

No way he could be like CP3. Hes not a good passer.
@@jpizel1070 CP3 only averaged 1.9 more assists than Cole and Cole definitely thought of himself as the best option at UNC but yeah its little hard to see him being as gifted as Chris in that department.

Strength outweighs the weaknesses and are a by product of the team this season in college. This kid needs a few more LBs, Protect the ball more and pick and choose his spots better. His shot selection is based off fact he is the best player in the team and scorer. I won’t count that since a NBA coach will nip that. The turnovers must come down. He is a top 10 talent.

I honestly won’t be mad if the Knicks draft this guy. Home town kid. Clearly gets pro style buckets although inefficient. The spacing in the league will make this dude HARD TO GUARD

Yea I’m hoping to get through most of the projected first round guys and a few of my other favorites. The videos just take longer to make than I wish they did.
I wasn't sure at first. I'm starting to lean towards him for the Sixers at 21 if he's still available. His father playing in the league can only be a plus.

My team has a late lottery pick, there are three 6'3 athletic point gaurds are all projected to be there late lottery, Lewis, Maxey, and Anthony. I watched all three highlights, and I like this guy the most, with Lewis coming in second and Maxey the last, but it seems all first round Kentucky players play well in the NBA. All three of those point guards are what every team should be looking for in todays NBA game. All three guys are lottery picks in my opinion. That floater will keep him in the NBA for 10 years for sure(barring injury). Being 6'3, no-one is just gonna shoot over the top of you.

Reminds me of kemba in some ways in how if you give him even a little room from the mid range he can punish you. Apparently he's not a slasher but from only watching this video, it seems he can drive pretty well too. I'd like my Bulls to take him, especially if we can trade down to do it

At this point i think he is massively underrated. Partly because this draft just ain't good. But I think he is at a higher level already as Ball and he is top 3 projected ( what i can't understand to this day).
But that could be good for him, maybe he falls into a franchises hands which knows what they're doing, like Spurs, Dallas, Miami, Boston, or evan Portland.
This guy could be a star, but his weaknesses also point to potential bust.
How are weaknesses point to bust? All his weaknesses are correctable with the right coaching and development staff. Kid have all the tool. Everyone turns the ball over that's fixable...shot Selections are fixable. Height should be a non-issue 6ft 3 that's normal for a PG in the NBA...this kid only problem is can he stay healthy. Kira would be my choice over this kid if LaMelo or hayes is off the board. With the 8 pick knicks select Kira Lewis Jr/cole Anthony/Patrick Williams...My picks for the 8spot.🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️

I really wish there was a way for the Knicks to draft Obi Toppin and Cole Anthony AND be able to get Atlanta to trade Cam Reddish to NY. Like lets trade Randle, DSJ and #8 for Cam Reddish and #6 and then go after Obi Toppin at 6. Knicks will start: Cole, Cam, RJ, Obi and Mitch and they can build a future with that.

The consensus mock draft shows him being selected @ 14 by the Celtics. Makes sense to me 'coz watching this scouting report video, he would fit the playing style of the Celtics. Furthermore, the PG players of the Celtics is shallow and ageing.

I see jammaL Murray. Now obviously murray was an elite sniper coming out of UK and while Anthony is a bucket from deep he isnt on that level of knock down. but they play the same. can score with the ball in the paint and away from the basket. Moves well without the ball and has a confident off the bounce shot that he feels can get in the basket. Length like it has done to murray will get the best of him and as a point he isnt the playmaker from a traditional sense. he can be a cornerstone of a team if he stays healthy but health is the question
