Alien creature appears in the sky.U.F.O.

I'm in San Diego county,looked towards the sun and I noticed the sun having what looked like contractions,I was BRIGHT.So I get the camera because AMAZING!! and Holy shit man! I'm still not sure why I had to see this.Somehow that little "thing" has made me rethink my universe as previously thought,am really counting on science right now, I could really use a scientific explanation for what I saw that day.thank you.

Actually after the object goes off the screen,if you change your playback speed to the slowest you can see the UFO goes into the sun before it disappears again.
