- hey party people! Today is the day that I share with you Meredith's first birthday party prep! I made a lot of DIY stuff for her honey Bee themed birthday party! I had so much fun putting this birthday party together even though it didn't feel like a 'normal' birthday party with as many guests, we made the day special by decorating as we normally would and having a few games for our cousins! So I made a Bee word search, and we painted some rocks which I thought would be a fun party activity! I also made a lot of DIY's! And I always like to really hit the theme home by making Themed food, so in this case, it was Bee theme! SO.MUCH.FUN! I hope you enjoy celebrating with us!

Footprints was my grandmothers favorite she loved it she had it carved into glass and had it standing on a little plinth of wood to hold it up near her bedside when she passed that was all I took and I have it in my unit with lights up it looks so beautiful god bless nan 😘🙏🏻 happy 1st birthday Meredith your such a beautiful soul just like your mum love to you all from the uk

Omgosh one year old. What a frightening, exciting and thrilling journey this has been. This little pumpkin just had grabbed and warmed so many hearts with her constant smiles and sweetness and those over the top facial/eyebrow expressions. Just pure joy Miss Meredith! So much fun watching Meredith. You worked so hard making everything perfect. To think when my kids turned one (a hundred years ago) all I did was buy a cake and dress them up. You have videos to show them when they get older and say, you never do anything for me. Such wonderful memories!

When I am using a box cake mix, I always add an extra egg, use milk, but I also add a box of instant pudding mix. YUMMY!

Fun Fact: Did you know that top ramen noodles is the most common burn? My younger sister had this happen to her about 10 years ago and they told her that at the burn hospital. They also said Adam Levine from Maroon 5 was at the same hospital shortly before her and that she tolerated her pain better. Not that that part was necessary, it just always comes to mind when I think of her burn lol
