Idk if you've heard of vanilla paper Co but I have 3 orders from January and February that I still haven't received and they don't answer emails or DMs and I can't cancel it so I just appreciate Jess for trying to make things right smh

Lol vanilla paper co set the bar low for customer service. That’s really horrible. I’m so bummed I didn’t pick up more gathered layers from panda bird design. I want more and they’re not yet back in the store. Hoping they will be back soon.
