Holy shit I feel stupid. I spent an hour and a fucking half looking around the internet for solutions to 0100000, guess what? The solution I found out was just push it forward a bit and it'll close properly. My dumbass though you put it in so that it was kinda loose with nothing coming out on the other side of the holder. Great video man, you make some good shit.
I was on the the last step putting the back up patch onto the e3 flasher and it stopped in like the 6th light and then I got error 10001111 and then I tried to turn on my PS3 the cannot start doesn't pop up on my screen is there any way I could solve this?
Issues I got during Nor E3 Flasher: 1. 1 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 (1st, 2nd and 6 lights flicker) I suspect this was happening because of the Nor clip not being attached very well. One think it wouldn't create a dump, but it still does. Solution: Make sure to press really hard down on it (careful with the board, best to have something under it). I then turned on switched 3-6 and and did an update from the sd card again. 2. I kept getting bad dump errors, it stated the following: First 0x10 Bytes are not 00s, bad dump? Solution: The hard drive was not attached so I decided to attach it. I also placed thin foam to avoid contact from the E3 Flasher and the hard drive. Between 1 & 2 solutions I was able to fix my problems... However another one popped up... 3. When I ran the Flash tool which is the PS3DumpChecker, I got no prompt to patch. It said it was pre-patched... This made it to where I couldn't downgrade at all I kept getting data corrupt error 8002f957.. Solution: Upgraded the PS3 from 4.55 to 4.80 and then did the dump and patched that then I did the downgrader...
I have a FAT PS3 and when I inspect my dumps using NorInspector, some of the content says "[!] Attention: Content "hdd_copy.self" might be malformed.. :: Not a valid secure file at *0xxxxxxx" Is there anyway to fix that?
Where do u think I should get flasher and what's a good price to pay for one all I need o do mine have my paste and files but don't no where I should get the flasher
When I try to do the first dump, a couple of the blue LED's start blinking and then when I put my micro sad back in the pc, it says "start logging... backup PS3 BIOS.fail to initialize E3 Nor."
Project Phoenix Media Oh I fixed this issue already but when I flashed the new dump we made with the 1st dump, it installed but after that I turned my PS3 off. After that I turned it on and now it just turns on for like 2 seconds then turns off. Any suggestions?
Hey I have a question, so I have a 500gb hdd now that I'm going to be using with the downgrade process, after I downgrade and jailbreak, if I get a new hdd what would happen?
Also did you have game saves etc on the ps3 when flashing it or did you format it? (Weird question as ive heard that the game updates can mess up ur cfw and put you back to ofw)
I followed the video to the fullest but have a problem that says: "the system software cannot run correctly. Connect the storage media that contains update data of version 4.78 or later." please help with this error

Project Phoenix Media I'm have another problem right now, my PS3 isn't fully turning on. When I turn it on it just turns on for like 2 seconds and then shuts off. This started happening after I installed the patched dump. Any suggestions?
Project Phoenix Media Yes it was good, patched, and it patched. I don't have a Yellow light of death or anything it just turns on for like 2 seconds and then shuts off. When it shuts off and it doesn't show the red light, I can press the power button and it will come back on but just shuts off again

why would I not be getting blue lights from the update.bin

when I turn on the PS3 to update the e3 flasher, the green lights and red light up but not the blue and the e3 doesn't take the update
