I love the moment that Debra and Marie realize who gave Robert advice without it even being explicitly said.
To be fair, the wedding planner should have doubled checked with Amy before sending the invitation to everyone. And Robert never should have listened to Raymond when it came down to “not helping” with the wedding. One of my favorite and funniest episodes of the show. Thanks for uploading.

Marie sabotaging Robert because of some mythical "promise to retire" that Robert never made was worse. This was in all truth a complete accident, what Marie does is always deliberate.

I like the fact ray and Robert agreed to put Hank N Pat. It made the holier than thou McDougals look like straw chewing moon shine drinking hillbillies 😂😂😂. And it gets better when it says attire optional making it even more savage

One of the funniest sitcoms of all time. Frank was hilarious. Every time he came in any scene, I would be laughing uncontrollably. This scene here is hilarious. One of the few sitcoms back then that was very consistent from beginning to end

Not only did this show account for at least ten of the top twenty hardest laughs of my life, but it saved me from so much grief. I don’t know how many times something on this show made me stop halfway through whatever genius ‘realization’ I was having about the opposite sex and realize that I was in fact a stupid, stupid man halfway to causing himself a huge problem.

What wedding planner, would ever knowingly send out a wedding invitation that looked like that unless they were knowingly trying to sabotage their clients wedding. There's no way she read that and went, yeah, that's what they mean to send.
There would have been a printer involved as well who should have asked some questions. Plus, I think most printers work from a template so the couple only needs to provide names, dates, addresses, etc.

This is why my brother’s wedding was small. In total there was 6 invitations sent out. It was my mom, dad, of course my brother, maternal grandmother, my brother’s wife, her mom, stepdad, dad, stepmom, her brother, his fiancé, their baby, and her grandparents. My dad officiated.
One of the very few times Marie and Deborah were in agreement ( Raymond's sabotage).
