We call them freshwater drum, redfish have a spot on the end of their tail (our black drum don't so they look almost exactly like them)

River Master Don't believe everything you read. It doesn't affect their jaw.
I totally disagree, I would start the total opposite by using a topwater walking bait like a zara spook. especially with off shore smallies
