I know you've been trying out the intro "hooks" and playing around with them a bit. I gotta say that this episode's "hook" was a pretty solid win in my opinion.
1. You showcased a moment that's coming in this video.
2. You setup the stakes and put a little tension on.
3. You didn't show the result, so now we're more encouraged to watch on to find out.
I think this worked out well compared to some of the full-form spoiler hooks that some of the previous videos have had.
I think the refinery idea was great, however next time it might be better to build it on the further vespene geyser just to keep the fluke observer or whatever seeing it as it flies out. Also, when you sent in the initial 4 widow mines, you should probably send 2 in the normal way and 2 in the back at the same time or slightly staggered so that he sees the front ones and you burrow near the ramp or into his main. Then the other 2 come around his natural nexus when he pulls them away for a pincer, he's got no where to go and he may not even see the backdoor ones. Additionally, might be better to mine the gold crystals on the top edge since he's probably less likely to see it being mined away.

Scv wasn't trapped. His name and role is "Medium " . Had to stay by the ghost academy to increase his connection and communication with the spirit world. I think you got lucky with a non mining, non building, support telepath.

TLDR: eat 3 to 4 meals per day. There's a metabolic reason why. Your body needs to replenish proteins, but the first 20 grams of protein in the meal are converted into glucose. Therefore, you need to eat more than 20 grams of protein per meal, otherwise you will lose muscle mass (which is terrible, especially as you age). This leads to larger meals, with lots of calories. Therefore, you need to constrain to 3 meals or you'll get fat (4 if you are bulking). The third constraint is that you don't want to awaken your metabolism unnecessarily, such as having a light snack that will turn into pure glucose. When you do that, all that's happening is that you're elevating your insulin, for basically no benefit. This can lead to metabolic imbalance and aggravate/accelerate chronic illnesses such as cancer. One more reason (not proven yet) is that it causes you to age faster. In this theory, the less meals you eat, the slower you age-- in fact, skipping meals altogether and doing periodic water-only fasts may help rejuvenate your organs by promoting autophagy, stimulating ketone production and strengthening your mitochondria.

As long as you hit your calorie and protein goal, number of meals doesn't really matter. If 9 small snack meals through the day works for you it works for you. Lots of people reccomend time windows of fasting and eating, like 16 hours off 8 hours on

@uthermal i hope you read this. Idk why, but why do you not queue up hits with ghosts. Why do you not shift click small movement commands on the first one, second one, third one etc. and then launch it on the last one so the first X amount of nukes run out of movement commands and start their nukes. its much harder to click on one of their bases, click the ghost, then shoot the nuke. Just use shift click+movement commands to add delay to the nuke drop.
I do this cloak strat since a year or 2 and I can tell you it is better like this because
1. sometimes the nukes are not ready yet and you can't queue them
2. you wanna have a look first where the detection is and start running and nuking in the right place, because often the ghost nukes next to a Spore and queen or overseer and then you watch and the nuke is lost
