** Please use caution with the bonnet if you are using it for something other than a photo shoot. The ties are too long for daily use. Make them shorter as long ties can be a strangle risk for the baby. ** Thank you.
Yarn: some leftover medium weight yarn (10 ply)
Hook: 4.5 mm
Size: newborn - ca 3/4 months (the size depends on the yarn and the crochet hook and how tight you crochet)

I don't have a baby and I don't know how to crochet but this is so adorable and I love the dress with it.
You are an excellent teacher! ❤️
This is darling and so easy. I made this today to go with a baby blanket. Thank you for a good tutorial. I'm going to make the dress too.
Absolutely stunning, with a beautiful colours .Your tutoring is totally 💯 classic. Thankyou sincerely ☺️ 💕👏👏👏💕🌺
Turned out great! Thanks so much
I wish I could “love” or “heart” this, liking it just doesn’t seem like enough!

Sooo easy used medium weight yarn and a 3.5 hook was big enough for my grown head make really nice costume hat next time will use thinner yarn smaller hook and it only takes about 1 hour to make ...thanks for excellent video !!
Thanks for the tutorial. It found it very easy to follow and it came out Beautiful 😍 ❤ I recommend this video
Thank you very much , i tried this tutorial and it turned out beautifully.❤❤❤
Great tutorial!!
This is so precious. ❤
I just made one following your video. The result is amazing. Thanks for the tutorial.
Dit is echt één van de betere tutorials, rustig en goed verklaard voor een beginner! Dank je 😊Het mutsje is heel goed gelukt🤩
Dank je! 😘
Adorable bonnet. At some point I became confused following the instructions. I'll watch a few more times in hope that it becomes clear because the bonnet is lovely.
Very cute and so easy and enjoyable to make. Excellent instructions and nice calm voice. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing this adorable bonnet..❤
Thanks Frisian, I like it
Beautiful 🥰
I just got and printed the written pattern. I wish the pattern had finished dimensions (like you measured here but also the size of the circle after the increases) for all of the sizes. That would allow for using different yarn weights and still getting the proper size.
Thank you for the lovely, easy pattern.
K Holzwart….where did you get the written pattern please……I am lost after the end of Round 7!!!!!!! I can’t figure what the repeat is……and what to do at the end of Round 7………she didn’t show the repeat!!!!!!!!!😢. I really like this hat and would like to finish……ty
I've watched this video multiple times and tried crocheting along. I did the round of V Stitches but had only 8 not 9 clusters. It MAY of helped if I had known how many stitches I should have had at the end of each increase round. I'll try one more time. If it doesn't come out right, I'll move on to another pattern. I hope I get it right because it's an adorable bonnet.
Cute and easy.
Beautiful
This is such a great tutorial thankyou so much is there a cardi and bootees to match please? X
Beautifull 👍
Wud u hv a pattern for baby booties to go with this bonnet - it is so adorable.
Thank you so much for your tutorials! I'm creating the dress in the similar style to this right now. I have 15 friends currently pregnant as well as myself and I was sick of making baby blankets.
15 pregnant friends 😳 I dont even have 15 friends lol
@@heathera.1920 Most are technically acquaintances.
I like this viedo it nice
I also made the bonnet very easy. I make Angel's gifts for others in needed
Thank you so much ! So easy to follow..
Beautiful! For a NEWBORN could you give an idea 🙏💐
can this be sized up to an adult size?
I am at the end of row 7 and am so lost, I can’t figure out where the beginning 3rd Stitch is. I tried going off of the video but it looks funny 🥲 and to repeat row 8 I assumed I had to chain three and begin again. I was following along great u til this point, love how it’s looking so far just wish you would have shown these steps alittle better for a super beginner like myself
Por favor colocar legenda em português!!!!
Seu trabalho é muito lindo !!!
Which wool to use ? Size ?
Would this be suitable for a newborn?
How to make biggest size?
Dommage pas de sous titres 🇫🇷
I got lost after doing Round 7……what is the repeat? I wish you would have showed a couple more V-stitches and also when you finished the round, how do you start again after doing that Treble….I’m lost!!!!!!!!!! Please can anyone help? ty😢
Did you figure it out?
Cindy, I just looked at this bonnet and I think I gave up and did someone else’s bonnet………….
If you never figured it out, I just finished it. You complete row 7 with the triple then you start row 8 exactly like row 7: first turn your work, chain 3, then in the center of each of the 9 shells you double 3 times, chain 1, and double 3 more times, and then after all the shells are done you do a triple in the last chain hole (just like in row 7). You then turn again and repeat the same through row 11. You should have 5 rows of shells when you are done (row 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11). After that it is just the finishing work. Hopefully that helps, I am not a crochet-linguist 😉 It turned out so sweet and beautiful.
@@InHimAlone ty………I’ll have to try it again…..I gave up on it so I’ll have to start from the beginning……….
How is this a tutorial without a stitch count at the end of each row? I think that is basic information.
For the first two rounds, she gives you the count. For subsequent increase rounds, the stitch count increases by ten. That's standard increase counting.
But no, she doesn't give counts for the shells. She might have that in the written pattern.
However, as handy add that info is, that's certainly not the standard. I have plenty of free and paid patterns that don't include the row stitch counts. Some designers do and some don't.
@@kholzwart7106 she does say that there are nine shells on each row.
This is actually one of the best tutorials for bonnets on CZcams.
Slowrunner….. I figured out the stitch counts since I was familiar from doing someone else’s baby hat…….After Rnd 2 it’s 20 stitches…..after Rnd 3 it’s 30 sts….after Rnd 4 it’s 40 sts…..after Rnd 5 it’s 50 sts…..I got to Rnd 7 and then got lost with the repeat which she didn’t show!!!!!!!!!!!! And she doesn’t show how you continue after you get to the end of Rnd 7…… I tried doing ch-3 and then the V-stitch in the sc….and tried repeating this but I wasn’t sure if that was correct………
