Many profess believers of Jesus Christ believe that the fourth commandment to keep the Sabbath holy was nailed to the cross and that we no longer have to keep it, while still embracing the other nine commands. Do you believe this too?

The Sabbath command is not only to be kept but it is to be calculated by the Time/calendar God ordained in the beginning of creation, Genesis 1:14. The sun, moon and stars are God’s True Time/calendar not that famous Gregorian calendar hanging on our walls in our houses.
This split in God’s law must be repaired!! All of God’s laws, statutes, judgments and testimonies are just and true! We must do things God’s way or else we will be worshipping him in vain. There will be no good reward.

This looks very impressive, until you relate it to what you can observe. Multinationals offer low prices for bulk purchases. So, do local industries which buy locally from farmers. Even now, American dairy farmers are complaining of being taken out of business by corporations. Indeed, there are widespread complaints that local multinationals are making super profits while paying workers peanuts and paying less tax. This has led some people to work more than one job just to survive.
Countries that take loans are as poor as those that don't. Take, for instance, Malawi, which has had loans from IMF and China. The country is poor, but are Zimbabwe or Tanzania with fewer loans any better? No, because productivity is the real issue. Just like an unemployed person with a loan goes bankrupt, so does a country.
Perhaps the biggest whopper is determination of education curriculum. Education systems and content is the responsibility of governments, not donors.
Africans need to take their destiny in their hands instead of taking this blame-game panacea.

Nobody needs to keep us poor, we are doing it ourselves already with our self destructive attitude.
This professor is taking advantage of our intellectual laziness to post nonsense and pass it as a brilliant reading of Africa's economic situation. Africans need loans, and fail to repay them because while they have many needs and wants, they are poor at productivity. Even countries that rely on local bonds and commercial loans don't do better because they don't produce much of value to help repay those loans.
Secondly, raw materials in Africa are cheap when sold to manufacturers both within and internationally. The local dairy farmer will get very little when he sells to a local milk plant. The consumer will pay very heavily, giving the manufacturer a hefty profit. This is an international problem that each government has to sort out. For instance, American corporations are currently under fire for paying employees too little, forcing them to work more than one job to survive. At the same time, they make hefty profits, but pay proportionately lower taxes than their employees.
Third, education systems are not the responsibility of outside governments. Every government has the right to determine what they teach their children as required under their national vision. Saying that the west is giving Africans bad education is actually saying Africans are too stupid to govern themselves.
Africans need to improve their work ethics, fight corruption, spend more on education and improve security to survive. These excuses don't help.
This lecture is impressive for the people of Africa and my question is how can we avoid and prevent this problem?!
