In British countries…these type of properties are called bare land condos… the land on which various buildings are constructed are communally owned. The main condo corporation operates the community and charges condo fees on a on going basis to maintain commonly owned structures like landscaping, lawn maintenance , minor repairs painting garbage collection etc. there is no single owner except for unsold units ..the land is owned by unit owners share value…. Trumps investment value would be minimal except for an operating condo corporation..ie profits made from fees only ..it’s a facade . The only way it could be sold would be an agreement of all condo owners share value and proceeds would go to the unit owners
