Wondering if you sprayed the porch with the soap/chemical , let it set and then power wash. Should take all that away

Amy there is nothing more inviting than a beautiful front porch! We are fortunate to have a big one and I enjoy decorating it as much as the inside. We are constantly out there and friends walking by usually wind up sitting there with us. We live in a small town and we are two houses from Main Street and we can see all the activity going on there. Love it. If I lived in your neighborhood I could see us visiting and sipping a glass of sweet tea and catching up on the latest. Awesome job. See you soon sweet friend.

Love those copper pots with the handles! Also that triple ball topiary is incredible. THe wreath and the hanging baskets are so realistic looking. The wreath is so airy and wispy. Art on the porch is new to me, but I am loving it ... and may add one to my covered porch.

Hey Amy. This video popped up on my feed. I will soon be cleaning off my front porch for my 3 big decorating seasons. Fall Halloween and Christmas. I realized a power washer would be a great help. We have this family of swallows that decided the top of my outdoor light is the best place to nest in the neighborhood- 6 years running now! But boy do they make a mess! The nests are made of mud, grass, and sticks practically indestructible without a putty knife. And then their potty business goes EVERYWHERE...the light the wall the floor my glass door. Its a good thing I like birds I guess...we even buried the one baby they lost this year because all 4 eggs hatched and the nest is only big enough for 3.😢 The garden hose just isnt cutting our cleaning needs anymore. So the washer is going on our to buy list . So this video came in handy after all for spring cleaning and end of summer too!

I just spent 2 full days pressure washing my entire house. Funny that you mentioned about the small black dots because I see it all over my house and windows. Good to know it is from the mulch. Although my pressure washer was not able to take it off.
I also use the plastic containers at the bottom of my planters. I do admit at first my planters would tip over with winds so now I also add some heavy rocks at the bottom.

Hi sweet Amy - your front porch looks beautiful. I cannot believe the temperatures you were having in West Virginia. Here in South Texas it’s hot and humid already. Last weekend we had Rachel‘s college graduation in a town about four hours from here. We had to rush home the next day early because my son-in-law‘s mother passed away and her funeral was on Saturday. My daughter from Dallas came to attend the graduation and the funeral and came and stay with me a few days. The bad news is she has lost her job. The good news is that she did all the repotting And a lot of other things on my back deck. Today my son-in-law is coming to power wash the deck and tomorrow we’re going to do some restoration on my patio furniture. That is what I had requested for Mother’s Day. I always ask for the gift of work. That’s what I need more than anything else at my age. Hope your mama is doing good and has a great Mother’s Day. Hope you have one too little girl and your family is sweet to you. I have to get up this morning and go get a Doppler done on my legs and feet. Love in Christ

Love all the decorations and colors but, I wouldn’t do the magazines and picture because I would have to remove them every time it rains, storms or the wind is to strong. The wreath is gorgeous and I plan to order it. Love this.
