Healthy Minds session five

Hey everyone!
Bit late with this video, was shot on Friday. A before and after of my latest visit to Healthy Minds, an organisation which helps people with mental health issues. There are other organisations available and lots of resources online.
I also mention that I've recently started playing Zelda A Link To The Past on the SNES, a very lovely game with typically awesome level design from Shigeru Miyamoto. I guess this has helped my anxiety levels as it helps to shift my mind to the game mechanics etc. This is one of the methods that I've read up on, to make a jigsaw, work on crossword puzzles etc.
Thirdly, I talk about a job interview I had on the previous day. Unfortunately I didn't get the job, so the job search continues...
