MJO23DAN what’s your opinion on the carbon fiber on the bottom? Does yours look cheaply made..... ?
It’s the material. I’ve said this in another comment but I think the traditional ways that brands like Nike make shoes such as the inclusion of carbon fiber is a monetary issue. Real carbon fiber also takes a bit of labor as you have to layer and coat a separate piece. Using a plastic piece that they already have molded along with the mass production of the shoe will save them money and time. Can they ever get materials right? Maybe, but’s it’s gonna cost the consumer a hefty premium and $220 is already a lot for a sneaker.

I love this channel. I have wanted the bred 11s since 10th grade and im 33 yrs old. This is absolutely my favorite pair of jordans. Currently i have 1-20 and 23 in multiple colors, but this is my grail! I can't wait to see your comparison between all years of the black and red 11's.

I still have my original shooting shirt as well....happy to say it still fits me 21 yrs later...lol. This shoe is a must like all the OG colorways...makes it easy to keep my OGs in the boxes.
When mine came in and I smelt them oh man brought me back to when I had the Columbia's ogs. Smelled exactly the same like it did back then.

My all time favorite shoe. No less than 3 pairs for me. I might even quadruple up. I had the og back in 96’ and to me none of the retros have been done justice until now. They look absolutely amazing. CANNOT. FUCKING. WAIT. The 14th feels like forever.

they put the 23 lower to please both side in the middle ... like keeping it OG not stitching it also, while making it less touchable by your foot and hand while putting them on so it doesnt fade off no time soon.

I bought one in 2001 , size 8.5, I wore them just indoor basketball and still have them but too small for me, my size now is 9.5

New to the shoe game here, but wow these things look great! I was wondering which version is considered the most comfortable to wear? I've seen 2001's at descent prices, but I am concerned about that tight pinky toe problem lol. I've had tight shoes in the past and they are a pain to wear lol. Are the 2019 the most comfortable?

Bry S. I would go with the fit of the 2001 at best. The 2019 is good too. OG’s are too old and the ones in between suck. Good luck!
