VEG STEAMED MOMOS WITH CHUTNEY

  • For dough:
    1.5 cup of all-purpose flour(maida)
    Pinch of salt
    Water as required
    Knead a soft dough
    Apply some oil on the top and rest the dough for 10 min.
    To make the filling:
    4 to 5 garlic
    1-inch ginger
    1 green chilly
    1 small onion
    ½ cup carrot
    ½ cup capsicum
    ½ cup sweet corn
    1 cup cabbage
    Salt to taste
    Half tsp Black pepper powder
    1 tsp soya sauce
    Mix and turn off the flame.
    Do not cook it much.
    For chutney:
    Take 3 tomatoes
    2 dry red chillies
    Boil it for 6 to 7 min
    Now take 4 garlic and 1 inch of ginger roast on gas or on the pan.
    Take a blender jar
    Add tomatoes
    Chillies
    Salt to taste
    Ginger
    Garlic
    1 tsp soya sauce
    1.5 tbsp tomato ketchup
    Blend blend blend.
