The ring you initially laid down was spectacular! I love the angle you tilted it in. Made s nice composition. None of those are “my colors” but they were spectacular! That variation of red was a beautiful shade. I thought several variations you came up with were good, but nothing as spectacular as the final one. You have a real eye for the best one. Bravo, my friend. Bravo!

Your color pallet makes me think of cooler nights where you sit by the fire sipping hot cider. It's a warm and inviting painting, and the pop of yellow really pulls you in. When you scraped the paint a couple of times, it made me very curious. Do you think you didn't care for that section because of how the yellow looked with the black? Don't answer my question. You have far too many more important things to do right now.😁 Vegas! Las Vegas is about to be enveloped in a paint storm😋. I'm super excited for you, Cathleen! I have two requests. I love it! Personally, I like a lot of negative space so really love the way you kept what you loved, scraped what you didn't and replaced it with your background color. Beautiful!
