Happery seems like a pretty wholesome guy (outside of killing hundreds of thousands of people in Lumbridge), but so many people coming together to scout a hundred dragon implings just shows how great the community that he built up is.

This is by far my favorite chunk account series. It’s rather refreshing seeing how strategic your account building is in comparison to the lottery that the other series tend to have, while still having some heavy rng grinds attached to them

Oh my God. How fucking crazy is this? You're the only person I know of who has gone as dry as I did on dragon implings. A few years ago, I had to catch 118 dragon implings to get an amulet of glory on my UIM skiller. I just wanted the god damn mounted glory in my POH so getting around wasn't such a pain in the ass. It took so fucking long that (after going about 4x dry) I started keeping a diary of how many implings I'd caught every day, and what I got from them. For the first 70 implings or so, I was just world hopping at the volencia moss rocks in Karamja. Eventually, just clicking those stupid rocks and cleaning those stupid herbs on every world got me all the way to 59 Herblore at no more than like 1-1.9k exp per hour. The rest of them I got through world hopping at that weird random thieving chest next to the Ranging guild that gives you steel arrowtips. Got me all the way to 72 Thieving by just stealing from it every world hop. Both of those spots were, obviously, right on top of rare impling spawns. Thought I might as well do something while hopping. Offloading all the junk from magpies, ninjas, and dragons at Martin Thwait in the rogues den made me like 3 or 4m. Maybe more, maybe less. I don't quite remember. I still have that diary notepad on my desktop. I look at it every so often to remind myself that there's literally nothing worse than implings, and still, I prevailed. Proud of you man.
Hahaha that's amazing, I knew there would be somebody out there having the same luck as me. All depends on what item you're looking for I guess :D

Loving your progress, just caught up on the series and it is really refreshing to see a chunk account that can actually chose the next chunks, do some theory crafting and planning based on that, etc. On top of your UIM restrictions, it doesnt feel like it's "too easy" or anything, it feels perfect!

Those damn Dragon Implings, they almost delayed the Agility goal from being reached before the 24/7 stream... I really thought that the "Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" was sarcastic lol.

One of my favorite chunk series! I really enjoy seeing the stategery of selecting which chunks to unlock and when! Makes it more fun for the content creator (I would assume) and less second-hand frustrating for the viewers!

That is a crazy amount of implings. Never thought I would see a chunk account be happy about unlocking 99 rc as well. Really cool how you're able to plan this stuff out! Hopefully you spent all of your bad luck on the pies and the Rift drops will just flow in now.
I'm not playing with any restrictions on my UIM, but all the same I really appreciate how much forward thinking there is with your plans and how you'll execute them. I've done the same thing with my chosen grinds, always prioritizing unlocks, transportation, and permanent quality of life upgrades, and it's really paid off. Though sometimes I almost wish I had played with restrictions, cause having everything available to you can overwhelm you with choice lol. Great series, friend! Best of luck on the gotr grind. Not too far behind you there on my own account!

I totally agree on how it can feel a bit overwhelming if you have the whole game to explore. I personally like taking it one challenge at a time. Glad you're enjoying the series and good luck on your account aswell! :)

I saw only trails reaching cave horrors through the lumbridge castle cellar underground. He might have done the lost tribe thing but mostly he dug through and came through the back entrence and got access without having swamp chunk. Watched his clue chunk UIM
Yeah you need to start Lost Tribe in order to dig through there. For me (without the quest started) there's a cupboard instead of a crumbly wall

Vanaka can give hellhounds as a slayer task. Given that fact, it is technically possible for you to kill those hellhounds, meaning you theoretically should be grinding for the smoldering stone, for as long as you can keep your slayer streak going. However, given this is a 1/32k drop, I think it's reasonable to back tf off considering vannaka gives it in 30-60 at a time. Even just a 50/50 shot at the drop would be like... 360 slayer tasks just for hellhounds. And you can't extend that task.
Oh I know it was possible, would have just taken it off the backlog if I got the hellhound task. Unfortunately I didn't get the task and now I'm slayer locked again :)
That imp catcher rng tho. Never have I been able to do imp catcher and only got 3 dupes. Usually I get like 5 sets of 3 colors before I get the single final color.

If you can ever kill all monsters vannaka can give you be careful, it would make the smouldering stone farmable!
Just maybe make sure you save a single monster you can't kill? Or just farm the stone if you want, just wanted to point this out

I'm a little confused how chunk tasks are picked. Why wouldn't say, getting thieving up to pickpocket a gnome be a chunk task when you got that half of the gnome stronghold?
I did already pickpocket a gnome in the previous episode, because there are a couple of gnomes south of the stronghold aswell. And I wouldn't have to repeat the same tasks in every new chunk.

Also Happery, quick question, 11 minutes into the video you encounter the stray dog in Varrock. Why was "Give a dog a bone" not a chunk objective? Is it because that's not the dog's natural spawn point and it wandered into your chunk?
It is because I already gave a dog a bone in the episode where I unlocked the south Varrock chunk (puro puro episode) :)

99.89% chance to get at least 1 pie in 120 dragon implings, so I was in the top 0.1% unlucky
I Thought you were using Limpwurts xtreme rules... You can't unlock a chunk that you can walk to with a teleport or boat
I never said I was using his rules, I think unlocking chunks through all travel options makes it more interesring :)
What specifically makes u want to unlock that 99 rc chunk?
In the first place, because working around runecrafting would be a lot more difficult in the future.
