When I started building the first page I made changes in the builder but nothing changed in the frontend. To fix that I disabled few settings in the Divi options. These settings are recomended to be disabeld during the developmnet. I write them here as a remeinder for the viewers.
Go to the Divi Theme Options
General=>
Minify And Combine Javascript Files: "Disabled"
Minify And Combine CSS Files: "Disabled"
Builder=>Advanced
Static CSS File Generation: Clean then chose "Disabled"

or using custom files
