Imagine shooting full gold - hitting 38/38/37 - and the only bounce is on a paper tank like Leo 1. Well honestly the standard game is that 50% of your shots miss the target because of RNG... but this guy shooting on yellow markers every where - and RNG did correct his aim that often - incredible - yes, nice played but only for this guy 1 of million games where this is happening. But it's mighty Chieftain - the better Leo 1 gun(not by stats) Well that S Conq was quite unlucky that the Chieftain can hit every shot in his cupola.
@@Titan.Metallic it takes time to turn and go around a tank in that thing and also when you turn like that you mess up your aim so much. The chief should of just let the fv get him and it might of been a win in the end

There is a spotting thingy in the mantlet, like the cupola. So that's how it works if anyone's wondering.

Unlucky for the FV to have bad RNG, no pen on the chieftain side... every other played would have had received the smash to the garage - 1 of a billion games somebody gets lucky with RNG. Or it's because it's a chieftain? Imagine this peak in a 277, 60 Tp, S Conq...
I dont find it funny when good players who achieved huge damage by blocking teammate or interrupted others gameplay and get mad by shaking the camera. Think about the deathstar just returned from stressful work and playing wot to simply having fun to one shot tank and then having your teammate block that chance. It's a good replay tho apart from blocking the teammate

Not only that but when the Grille was dead and fight moved to the enemy FV183 the Chieftain literally was trying to use his gun to block the shot once again from the ally FV... what an absolute asshole this guy in Chief is

The gunhandling being meh is unimportant if the turret is invulnerable and the tank fast. This was literally the reason why people couldn't shut up wanting Kran to be nerfed.

Honestly, this is how I picture most 55%+ win rate players; sweaty tryhards. Blocking the FV, throwing a little tantrum when the FV ''stole'' his damage and then using the FV as a HP shield.
Actually, you would have a higher winrate by not doing what this person did in this replay... Think about it, sharing HP and letting the FV one shot the Grille would've saved valuable time to allow him to help other flanks. But this guy just decides to farm damage. Playing for higher winrate! = farm damage
This kind of players is one of reasons why I quit this game. Changes which made Wargaming over decade changed from team play game to high damage competition and since friendly fire is disabled, people started intentionally blocking shots to farm more easy damage and so on. All the fun is gone.
while the 277 did not really played well donating HP... he allowed him to farm and Impi had no thoughts about saving his teammate when he got low - he covered behind the 277 instead to safe his own HP. That's Unicum at it's best. Greedy play alone with no sign of teamplay with randoms.
to have higher winrate you have to share dmg with your teammates, especially in good platoon. So no, not everyone that has a high winrate is a greedy dmg-seeker. But I feel your pain, this player is disgusting and it's sad that Skill highlights him
Im a 60+ wr player and I would NEVER do this. The guy is absolute shite of a player, and I cant believe that skill promoted him. Pure example of toxicity in the game, sadly.

Great game obviously but had I been in that death star I would have pushed him out in the open for the grille to shoot.
I did it once..100% was a good choice to do it because dude stoped on my gun sight on tight position..I asked him to pull back few times before I push him down from the cliff..got banned 3 days after..so..

well , for me , i would let it go with such damage result. for such rare result that comes in one in 10000 ish battles , you have to still your shots.

Sometimes your engine is not as powerful or you do not have the weight and someone just pushes/blocks you. You are speaking like if the game was fair and everybody was driving Chieftains so everybody would have the same opportunities... Please, reconsider your ideas.
@@MendoTube You need to look at this, as an arbiter. Not with feelings, but was penalty and phsyics abuse committed, or not. The chieftain does, greedily go in the way. Sure. But in no capacity does the chieftain attempt to push, block, bump, nudge, grind with the FVs with intent to be unsportsmanlike, or abuse physics. WG dont care about greedy players. They care of violations committed, or not committed.
Please, reconsider your ideas. What is good or bad, is irrelevant. This isn't entry into heaven through saint petes gate, where you a good person or not. In terms of justice, lawful, violations - was a criminal act committed according to WG rule-policy, or not committed.

I said it before and I will say it again (but for the last time, since it is written up there and you can read it anytime): OF COURSE the Chieftain is violating the rules. It is not sportsmanlike conduct. He is not playing under good will by blocking his allies and that creates a conflict that only has two possible outcomes. The first is that they will find someone that will push them out after recognizing they are being blocked, and the second is that they will be the GIGACHADS that those two gentlemen (the FV and his/her platoonmate) showed to be, just doing nothing.
And sorry (but not sorry), shooting someone is not really bannable anymore, unless they just do it over and over. Maybe you have not been playing the game lately, but you just do ZERO damage to either crews or modules in random battles. In the case they keep doing, they will get blued and you can even kill them with no penalty.
So no, not lawful, no justice, no nothing. It is explicitly not allowed , it is not justifiable and creates a toxic environment that must be addressed.
Again, please go and check the rules of the game so you can realize you are profondly wrong before considering answering again.

There's 1 thing I disagree with skill.
The Chieftain's gun handling is not bad what so ever. It has good accuracy but it doesn't snap well because of that 0.11 dispersion when turning the turret.
I would say its gun handling is very close to E5's.
With a tank that is fast, has ridiculous armor and a good flexible gun, I cannot praise the player if he did not do something extraordinary.
The enemies just came at him without even thinking and he farmed all of them.
Truly crazy.

Don't know why people are hating so much on this guy 'blocking' the FV. The chief simply took position in front of the FV, didn't need to push him away or anything. The FV could have easily drove left of him if he wanted to shoot te Grille, so he simply did not block him.
Then I read comments from people crying that he should have taken the shot from the Grille, but what would have been the advantage from that? The way he played it now allowed him to kill the Grille from absolute safety and very importantly: he had the TIME to do that. He did not need to rush. And hell, if he had rushed in and taken a shot from the Grille, he would have had less hp for the end of the game, which means he and his team would only have lossed earlier.
Sometimes not rushing and taking your time is the best thing that you can do to maximize the chances of you and your team winning. This was a prime example. The problem is that a lot of players lack the ability to see individual events like this in the context of the entire battle and therefore don't understand them correctly.
Later when the FV took the shot from the Grille it was entirely his own fault. Here's what the chieftain was thinking: "well, I don't have enough hp to take this shot and then win the game, but I can let this FV go through and maybe he's dumb enough to take the shot". And hell yeah the FV was dumb enough. The chieftain did not push the FV out, all he did was make some space so the FV could pass him if he wanted to and all that happened is that the FV VOLUNTARILY took the shot. His own mistake.
Some people here in the comments really need to calm down. I don't have a chieftain myself either and I sure as hell hate fighting them as much as anyone else, but that doesn't mean we should go into braindead bashing mode when watching a replay like this.

In short, to be able to make such a result you need either :
1. 28 dc'd players or;
2. idiots in the enemy team, but even greater idiots in your own.

He wasn't even blocking the 215b... While impact was driving around the 215b you can see that the 215b even driven back for a second and the 215b could have drivin around impact. You can make the argument "He backed up into the 215b to block him" but nah he just doged a slap from the Grille.
He then raised his gun to try block the FV's shot and got angry when the FV hit and destroyed the tank.

When you watch the part you mentioned, he turns his butt into the FV and keeps him backed up until the FV fires, then he lets him by as he knows the FV won't reload in time. He could have turn the rear of his tank towards the hill, but instead he turned it into the FV. And he was safe from the Grille at that point.

SKEEEEEEEEEEEL - Wot Console just added a pay to win tank. FV4003 Centurion Mk5 AVRE. It is a centurion style tier 10 with a heavy shovel plate on the front. It can bounce death star, JagE100, (Ob 268 v5 Might be console exclusive but NASTY td) If that was it, it would not be OP, but it gets the same gun as the FV215B 183 with a faster reload, full traverse turret, and good speed. It is objectively THE most overpowered tank ever added to WOT by a HUGE margin. Tons of people grouping in squads of 3 in this tank. There is nothing you can do except run. If you could watch some vids on it and talk some truth, that would do good things for the potential to nerf it.
EDIT: Wot console has a season pass for 2k gold and a season pass for 6k gold. The 6k gold pass comes with this tank, meaning you get the tank for 4k gold. EVERYONE has it.
That sounds crazy. WG has taken greed to a new level in 2023, meanwhile we have had lags for a month on EU servers but no fix. I was here since beta test, but they have passed the red line too many times now.
That gun shake chieftain did, he had his gun raised trying to catch that friendly deathstars shell going towards enemy deathstar so he could farm more damage, very greedy player deserved the ending he got.

This game kinda highlights why i load 8 rounds of he in the chieftain. For whatever reason the NA servers always have a ton of tds and mediums in match making.

He wasn't blocking, there was a passage next to him all the time. He was just refusing to take the hit and as the fvs didn't want to take it as much as him he just farmed. It's not greedy cause you may need this hp at the end and it turns out he needed it so gg
Even if you don't see that as him being greedy, you should at least see that him trying to block the FV's shot with his gun and then getting mad when it didn't work is greedy.

@@jacobbalcer7913 That's still enough to paint him in a bad light. But he did block the FV before. Instead of keeping the rear of his tank in towards the hill, he turned it into the FV and drove him back. Then only allowed him through when he knew the FV wouldn't reload in time to "steal" his damage. It was subtle and the FV's driving wasn't great, but combined with what he did 20 seconds after that, it certainly comes across as a very greedy play.
Player in a chieftain doesn’t impress me, if he did this with a T32 then I’d be amazed. And notice how he wasn’t scared to push in or confront any other tank?? Simply an OP tank, everyone else is just food. Not worth playing this game anymore if you don’t have a chieftain…
