Thanks first of all. I am using them, but I've mainly used them for jogging over the summer. I got no complaints during phone calls from the people I talked with - and I usually do if they're not happy.

Which one do you recommend buying the X10 or the x20?

X20 if price is no issue, but I assume you can get X10 for next to nothing now by now.
