if the key is C, then F is the 4th note, which can be minor or major
@@billzee2024 Not actually. If the key is C major (Ionian), the F has to be major (Lydian). Fm causes a dissonance because the minor third (G#) doesn't belong in the C major key, it belongs in the key of C minor.
I sing to The Strokes, pretty much every time I'm the car, and I love to harmonize to them, you've now allowed me to do this from home while I work in a different way and not crush my neighbor's walls. Thank you, Ines.

You keep improving with time. You take a nice song by the strokes that some people would try and over-do and you do it perfectly. Your sound has become more refined and precise and I notice that it looks like you get the enjoyment from actually feeling the song as you sing it. Sometimes other people just go through the motions of singing, but that's not what's it about. You're doing it for you. Good job
