Nico Ferguson AH wasn't a horrible game in it's own right, but it wasn't the best AC game ever. The only thing that I actually think was truly wrong with it was DFM. DFM was a pain in the arse, and it sucks that it wasn't set in Strangereal with one of those epic stories, but DFM was the big problem.

I'm from the UK so to me it's AC: The Belkan War. It was my first Ace Combat game and by far the best in my opinion. I loved Solo Wing Pixy's character and the music from the game was fantastic. I preferred the music in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon more though since I'm into heavy metal music and such like.
Didn't knew there was a difference in name from US to UK. This franchise is to me one of the reasons I insanely love aircraft and more specifically dogfighting. The PS1-PS2 games felt more of a simulator for me, whereas the new PS3 Assault Horizon (which I currently own) felt like an arcade-like game. I enjoyed the new soundtrack from Assault Horizon as well (I'm pretty much a metalhead as well), but what those guys here have done is PURE MAGIC! It brought me back the happy memories I had with AC Zero/Belkan War. This soundtrack is awesome. It's flamenco, am I correct? Cheers from another AC Fan from Brazil! Fernando
Simply amazing. these games, particularly the PS2 titles, defined my childhood, and when you played Into the Dusk from AC5, I actually cried a little. It brought back so many memories from the good old days and I thank you for that
finished Ace Combat 4 and Zero recently. Despite hearing both OST for as long as a year or 2, I can't believe how AC4 and AC2's ost can play along together. And your cover of Zero had me crying whenever I listened to the medley. It's like Cipher finding his buddy again after the mess as they share one final duel on the strings. Such a beautiful piece, done away from the original's collosal conflict with humanity at risk, now an audio representation of the dynamics between our 2 Aces, best buddy and enemy.

I personally love AC3 (props to you guys for translating!), both the game and the soundtrack, the only thing was at the time the music was rather challenging to arrange for acoustic guitar because it lacked distinct melodies and themes, rather it was more progressive electronic and ambient based. Plus we already had requests to include other songs the medley would have been too long! Maybe we'll make an AC3 medley one day once we can translate it into steel strings :)

Hi there! I'm using an Ovation Elite TX series guitar, I really like it for the percussive tone and bottom end sound. In terms of equipment, this video was very simple, just a ZOOM H4N stereo recorder picking both of us up, I then take the audio and add a bit of EQ and reverb in Garageband. Video was just a sony handycam. Hope this helps!

In terms of equipment, this video was very simple, just a ZOOM H4N stereo recorder picking both of us up, I then take the audio and add a bit of EQ and reverb in Garageband. Video was just a sony handycam. Hope this helps!

the only Jet fighting game I have ever played was Tom Clancy's hawx 2.....but playing that with the Zero song definitely made it better for me.
