I think there are many factors to judge
Fees jo AIIMS ki Kam hai
Bond a very important thing to keep in mind jo AIIMS me nahi hai
Good infrastructure ache hostels yeh sab tumko AIIMS me obviously milega
But agar tumhe in sab baato se koi khaas farak nhi padta aur tum apne area me rehkar hi yaha kese cases aate hai usko explore karna chahte ho toh tum pgi bhi prefer kar sakte ho it's your wish I think you should decide yourself by considering these factors bcz dono hi ache options hai
