Literally using this video for all the things I cant find and missed! Helpful video and funny too.
Excellent, thank you and very glad to hear it!
EXCELLENT GUIDE! ALLWAYS WANTED TO FINISH THIS GAME! THANKS!
You got it, thank you so much and good luck with it!
i hate to say that half way through the game i had no idea what was going on lmao but this video was fantastic, funny and helpful. Thank you
Ha fair but thank you!
I got this one for Christmas back in 1996. I also had plenty of experience playing it before that because the infirmary at the school where I went to from 1994 to 2003 had an SNES and this was one of the games they had.
Nice, such fun game to work your way through.
Oh god you dont know how much of a live saver you are 😭😭 hope your vids get more views ❤
Thank you very much and I'm very happy it helped!
I was waiting for part 4, but this works, too.
4 just went up; figured I'd have the FULL Link to the Past walkthrough here for anyone who preferred that. All FOUR hours of the game.
Thank you so much! This was very helpful.
Exactly what I love to hear, thank you very much!
Bro did a great job thank you.
Thank you Christopher!
Legendary game.. Lets hope there will be a remastered version to the Switch some day.
Agreed, certainly deserves to be on the shortlist of games in need of that treatment!
Honestly, I love when guides for LttP illustrate that you can take the Dark World dungeons out of order- though I like to just duck into 1 to get the hammer and then into 4 long enough to get the Titan's Mitt and then you can go darn near anywhere in the Dark World you want, then loot the countryside and proceed to do as much as I can before having to do Skull Woods...
Haha good point. If you want to explore that's the way to do it as efficiently as possible.
I'm pretty sure the silver arrows one-shot the knights rematch.
I'm surprised you didn't show this. Link is immune to the Mario-style fire bars during the hookshot animation.
i also heard you could reflect Agahnim's magic using the bug net
@@karinka123 Yep we show that.
Yeah I reverted to the old ways of the Level 4 sword, but you are correct the arrows are still the OP way.
@@VideoGames101: It's Battletoads isn't it; That "Game that Shan't be Named"??
I wish I had played this one - I loved the original Zelda, but Zelda 2 just didn't pull me in, so I kind of stopped paying attention to the series, but this one seems to have more of the feel of the original Zelda.
While I enjoyed it, Zelda 2 is definitely the odd duck in the early series. This is definitely just the original with a slew of improvements and fleshed out.
A Link Between Worlds was the literal perfect sequel to this masterpiece, and I hate to see it languishing on the dead 3ds.
I've heard great things about that game and looking it up now confirms it. I wouldn't be surprised if they made it available at some point on a relevant system.
@@VideoGames101 it’s been 11 years since launch lol.
@@anthonyiodice: I Echoes of Wisdom supposed to be significantly relevant to that? Think about it:
1991: A Link to the Past (SNES)
2002 - 11 years later: ALttP (GameBoy Advance)
2013 - *_11 years later:_* ALBW.
Now, *_11 years later, 2024:_* Echoes of Wisdom?
Also, in ALBW, Sahasrahla distinctly tells Link while standing outside the barrier around Hyrule Castle: "These events are an echo of the past".
I prefer to assume Link's wish had something to do with those seven maidens that just gave him all that trouble.
Haha I could see that.
The digging minigame is less tedious in the GBA version.
Yeah you can get lucky and find it early on, otherwise yeah it can definitely get tedious.
Ice temple, my 5th and 6th floor looks nothing like yours so i cant get to the boss, why
That's really weird, I don't know. This is the SNES version and not some more recent port?
Heyy ive probably missed it but where do you go with the treasure chest that follows you once you find it in the blacksmiths house? 😅
Gotta take it to the thief/man who hangs out just outside the desert at the lower left corner of the map.
@@VideoGames101 thank you!
I think it's 2,120 rupees total.
