Short story about 0:42, i've known a sky player who's going through some tough things in their life. Them dying in the game (losing wings until they have nothing left) is a way of coping to their struggles. Their skykid is like the representation of themself, if the skykid dies (lose all wings) it's like saying alright, i have to stand up again with the "real me" i'd say that people have their reasons but yeah they did say that becoming capeless is tiring and it makes their "skykid's" life worse (as mentioned) but it's something that helped them throughout the years. They previously had a different coping mechanism which was a bad one, until they figured about this.
