Fab college ... wear a gown and get three courses for 3 pounds... ok that was 2000 but seriously lovely college... friendly, great gardens and greenery, old school meets new.. lovely library ... top three Oxford college for dinning.. Jesus also good

Wow thanks so much made me smile, I'm obvs not an expert but this is what I would say: your views are really good individually in comparison to your subs which means the individual videos are fine but I assume it is different people watching each video as opposed to the same ones who would eventually then sub. I always try and imagine my typical channel subscriber and make sure every video caters to their use/entertainment. If I do that every time, the same people are hopefully interested in every video on the channel and eventally subscribe. Your videos are really nicely made but I'm not sure i could find a clear channel focus/theme/individual niche (which someone would 'get' and then be interested enough to subscribe in). I always try to remember that people aren't interested in following me for the sake of it, they need something specific. No idea if any of this makes any sense, let me know what you think!!

I wanted my channel to literally be whatever I fancy filming that week and just bring people along on the journey, but I guess that isn’t viable early on.
