Hãy đãi Marthew 1 tô cháo thịt đầy hành và tía tô, 1 quả trứng gà. Người sẽ nhẹ hơn và đỡ nghẹt mũi. Trước khi ăn cháo có thể xông hơi, 1 bó lá xông ngoài chợ là ok. Chùm mềm giống kiểu Việt Nam ấy. Omg, a lot of supermarkets in the U.S. selling geoduck, Justin. And for the record ”The geoduck is typically found one-three feet below ground in subtidal waters in parts of Washington, Alaska, and British Columbia and its native range extends as far south as Baja California.” :))))

Geoduck clams are from Washington State. Most of Asian Markets in California sell them. I even see them sold very cheap in Ensenada, Mexico.

Geoduck is available all over CA and elsewhere in the states. Also harvested in Puget Sound.

I’m quite surprised that Justin and his friends don’t know that plenty of geoducks and horse clams in California beaches and in Asian supermarkets. My friends used to go digging geoducks when it’s low tides in Half Moon Bay and Petaluma. Limited 10 geoducks per person.

Geoduck or giant clam is native to the Pacific Northwest from Alaska to Baja California. It is commonly served in Japanese, Korean and Cantonese restaurants in the US as sashimi and in stir fry dishes, and sold in Asian supermarkets. In Japanese, it is known as mirugai.
FYI, you can get geoduck in California...go to an asian market with fresh seafood section in SoCal.

Interesting that a pro chef from the US had to go all the way to Vietnam to see a geoduck! They're pretty commonplace in any seafood market in Seattle. :-)

Geoduck IS NOT a penis, it is a bivalve, it is the largest burrowing clam in the world.
They are sold here in the Seattle area in Asian markets like Uwajimaya.
You can dig for them at the coast during low tide when mudflat areas are exposed.

Geoducks can be found plenty in Northern USA especially in Washington state! I’m surprised that Dustin has never seen it in US.
In California at least, you can find geoducks and a lot of these other seafood items in most Asian supermarkets. Ranch 99 is a popular chain in NorCal. Little Saigon, especially the big one down south, will have lots of seafood places with these to buy or on the menu. Love your series! The pronunciation is pretty painful to hear. 😂
