Originally from Liverpool, me (Andrew The KnightStrider) and Laura moved to Tenerife in the Canary Islands 6 years ago, and enjoy showcasing the island and our general life as well as travelling abroad when we can!
Join us today at a stunning 5 star hotel in Costa Adeje. The GF Gran Costa Adeje is very popular hotel in South Tenerife situated not far from Del Duque Plaza and Del Duque Beach. We take a FULL tour of the hotel, including a Luxury Suite, The Spa, Gym, Food Buffet/Dining, Pools, Lobby and Kids Games Room! There is alot to see in this full tour and review!
Depending on what board you require, prices range from €300 a night for bed and breakfast to €330 half board or €370 for all inclusive. You may find package deals cheaper through the likes of Jet2 Holidays but i would always recommend pricing as a package and also direct with the Hotels to compare for the best deal.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on 2 separate occasions. It truly is a luxury hotel. I'll never forget the feeling of first walking into that lobby area at night time when we first arrived. It was all so grand. Truly stunning. The 2nd stay was just as lovely. This whole video brings back very fond memories as my partner proposed to me down by the cliff edge of Playa del Duque on our first visit in 2017.
Beautiful hotel with great staff and in a beautiful location. Can't ask for more than that.

It is a nice hotel, but it's not a real 5 star, I've stayed there several times & the food leaves much to be desired, suppose it would help if you were staying in a luxury suite
This is a beautiful hotel. I stayed here with my mum and late father 10 years ago and hoping to come back in Spring 2022. I’m currently awaiting surgery so watching this and all your brilliant videos gives me something to look forward to and focus on. Keep the videos coming your both brilliant. It’s great to see inside hotels and get a look inside. As I am in the Canary Islands every three weeks or so, I’ll see if my boss will let me stay there. I am sure he will say no.

I really enjoy these accommodation tour vlogs, you show us a lot more than a web page can. Such a lovely hotel, so much space and no falling over each other for sun beds.
I’m with you on the Brussels sprouts Andrew... try slicing them in half, drizzling with lemon juice and then sprinkling chipotle chilli flakes over before roasting for about 20 minutes 😋😋

Just stayed at this fantastic hotel, been coming out to tenerife for the last 15 years and by far this is the best hotel I have ever stayed , it was this video that pushed me to book it with my family at the vey last min, a day before our flight, it is pure luxury, loads of entertainment for the kids and adults, something different every night, the swimming pools were breath taking, fantastic views, food is second to none, Andy and Laura really sold this hotel to me, what a savage way to review a hotel. The service was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble, The staff go out of there way with the service they give you, I will definitely be back, fair play guys .stride on!!!

I stayed at this hotel in 2019 for my 40th birthday .. it was big surprise and it was fabulous. I’d lobe to return to this hotel . We were in a standard room with pool view ! Fabulous.
Also to mention we have just returned from Tenerife yesterday and we rented a car from Andrew - fantastic service . Great little car . Thanks again.

Excellent vlog Andrew , we love this hotel and stay here when not in our timeshare, the refurbishment looks superb , it would also be nice if you could get a full tour of the Victoria as we only managed to get to see the ground floor 👍

Brilliant tour. We’ve never stayed there before but have been in to have a look around. Very impressed. Our daughter and husband have stayed there and we’re really impressed too. They were there before it became all inclusive and quite honestly we all prefer not to stay at all inclusive hotels but this one is great.

Stayed here a few years ago and it was lovely. They had a fun entertainment crew as well! The other side of the hotel is less spacious though and the view is of the properties on the side street. I would upgrade next time. Thanks for the review. Looks beautiful! 😎

Fantastic hotel, excellent review and VLOG, stayed many many times over the years, my kids felt like they grew up there in their summers, they are now adults, so the kids area brings back some great memories. The hotel is ageless I think, not been since they redeveloped the shopping centre next door, so will be interesting to see what that is like now? Miguel from Scotland ran the little bar next door, lovely guy. Wonder where he is now?
Andrew, drone bore question but what are they like generally at flying drones in Tenerife? I will bring my mini 2 when I eventually get over and need to get my EASA ID. I hear the Guardia can be quite intrusive and want to see your ID and make sure the controller and drone have the ID plates? Doesn't look like you have any issues!

I’ve watched this vlog twice now cos the hotel is amazing and would put any cruise ship to shame with that buffet. Fingers crossed I get to stay there sometime soon. What a gorgeous hotel. I would need a week tho to explore 😜

This is a first class review of a fabulous hotel,I am from Ireland and I retire early next year,I hope to retire to Tenerife and I will stay at this hotel while I look at rental properties for long term.I found the review gave a good insight for adults with children and importantly for those without children Top quality.

Stopped here on a regular basis for 15 years now until stopping at the GF Victoria the other year which was an unbelievable hotel and now our hotel of choice

We had a good old look round in July, not many guests there. Top drawer finish. A simple test of quality is to see if the toilet roll holders are solid, and not wobbly..they were..sound. 👍👍

I think the game with balls played in the sand at the back of the hotel is called Petanque or Boule, sorry if the spelling is wrong, I stayed in the room directly above it a few years ago and yes it's a great hotel, it certainly takes some getting around doesn't it.
