Here's a recipe for Garlic Pickle:
Instructions:
1. Peel the garlic cloves and set them aside.
2. Heat a dry pan over low heat and roast the cumin seeds and fennel seeds until fragrant. Let them cool, and then grind them into a fine powder.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the red chili powder, mustard powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, roasted cumin and fennel powder, and salt. Mix well.
4. Add the garlic cloves to the spice mixture and toss until they are well-coated.
5. Heat mustard oil in a pan until it reaches smoking point. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
6. Pour the cooled mustard oil over the garlic cloves and spice mixture. Mix well to ensure the garlic cloves are evenly coated.
7. Finally, add lemon juice and mix again.
8. Transfer the garlic pickle to a clean, airtight glass jar.
9. Allow the pickle to marinate for at least 2-3 days at room temperature, allowing the flavors to develop. Shake the jar occasionally to distribute the spices.
10. After a few days, the garlic pickle is ready to be enjoyed. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Note: It's important to maintain proper hygiene and ensure that the utensils and jars used for pickling are clean and dry to prevent any spoilage.

You take 100 mg of tamarind and garlic
Chilli powder three spoons
Turmeric 3/4 th spoon
Salt three spoons
Fried mustard and fenugreek powder two spoons
First you soak the tamarind in one glass of hot water
Heet the oil 2 spoons and fry garlic for 1 minute take out then poor balance oil in the kadai once heated add one table spoon mustard seeds and one tablespoon jeera and then add socked tamarind fry it for 10 minutes and add in to turmeric put off the stove then add all the ingredients you taken
