Son: Advanced Swing Training is another simulation of Narrower Obstacles/Corridors. Well will get narrower of two squares apart. Just try not to Free from Web lines. Just like chasing after flying enemies.

If you turn on ENhanced Controls in the Controller Options menu, Instant Swing turns are (Left Trigger) + (Right Trigger) + A + (Thumbstick Directional) I believe
