This video was very thought provoking. You made really good choices to set up your challenge. They are the choices that are recommended by every health related entity. They are the choices we are all supposed to be striving for to help lead us to better health. They are the choices that help us age powerfully. You ate healthy. You slept better. You moved your body daily. You felt healthy. And most importantly you are still learning from the experience. The fact that you are so aware and so introspective regarding the results and the after effects is incredibly impressive. Hold onto what made you feel wonderful and continue digging into your feelings. Keep asking yourself questions about where these feelings come from and you will find the source of and heal your fears. You are an amazing human. Thank you for sharing your experience!
