I just tried this meditation for the first time and by the end of it I got scared, I think I felt someone’s presence right in front of me, even could feel something was moving in front of my eyes and my body started rocking slightly. I opened my eyes because I was too scared and a few seconds later the meditation video was over. Does anyone know what it could mean? 🙏🏻
