I work for a doc and deal with insurances. Most of the time doctor's don't know about that kind of stuff. Its up to the patient's to talk to their inshrances to find those kind of things out. I wish we did know about it because it would make helping the patients out better

"Unsolicited Advice" with Ashley and Taryne is good, I also think "We're Here To Help" is pretty funny if you're looking for a light hearted comedic relief advice type of show. It's with Jake Johnson (played Nick Miller in New Girl) and Gareth Reynolds and their celebrity guests are so funny. My faves are when they have Max Greenfield on (played Schmitt in New Girl) and also Paul Genzlinger their dynamic was so funny.

I am not a fan of shopping in the Walmart stores but I love walmart + delivery. I travel for several weeks at a time for work and it is so nice to be able to have everything I need delivered quickly after a long flight

Yay! Fall vlog.. I am here for it!! Those cookies look bomb. I love a chewy inside... yumm 😋. Yes, Walmart is so good about shipping fast and same day deliveries. It's so fun decorating a new place, plus so special with having a special someone in your life 🧡🖤🤍. I'm excited to fall shop. I've been so busy with work & school supplies shopping I'm ready for a fall decor shop & clothing! I LOVE those tanks i literaly have them in every color. Yes I have a shopping problem lol 😅 Xoxoxo 🍁🍂🎃👖👢 THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for the treatment info. I get those injections along with others. Medical system is strange, there's one injection I take for something else every 2 weeks through the specialty pharmacy (HUMIRA for Psoriatic Arthritis) crazy being younger and having to take it, but that's besides the point. If I paid out of pocket it would be over 700,000 for a 3 month supply and all I pay is a $5 copay every 3 months. Thank God 🙏Wowzers that information is huge. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for sharing that. That's a big game changer and will help tremendously! And your right about the spinal injections aka epidurals. I used to get them in my neck and it just didn't work. Oh man, I just want to give you a big hug right now 🤗

I feel you about the Botox, when they get the injection sites wrong. Worst pain that’s hard to escape. I get anywhere from 31-45 injections every three months for my migraines and tight neck. Side note: you look really beautiful in your fall energy!

I feel this. I declared the end of summer on July 19th, when I broke my ankle. I was in a lot of pain for the first week, and getting around with a broken right ankle is particularly annoying because I can't drive myself anywhere. I can't do my squats. I am scared to do my usual amount of walking because the walking boot rocks, and I don't feel stable. So that was it. The end of summer. Fall has begun. I have been wearing graphic tees with pumpkins, and Halloween stuff in general. Got out my Halloween decor. Burning a spooky little candle right now.

As someone currently in medical school, my experience is that doctors usually don't know about programs like the Botx program unless one of their patients tell them... I wish there was some universal way to spread this kind of info
Same. I work in the medical field and physicians only know about savings programs either by patients or if a representative of the company tells/ advertises it. However, many physicians don't like to talk to reps anymore since the Sunshine Act or because it takes time away from their practice or catchup time.
Agree, my daughter ended up using Myfembree and a 3 mos prescription was over $200 w insurance. I looked around and found on their website a sign up and got it for $5 a month! So $15 total. Insane!

Just fyi - I have those same food containers from Walmart and I’ve noticed things tend of get stale in them. I don’t think they close as tightly as some other similar containers like that - don’t want all your baking stuff to go bad!

I think it’s so crazy how different migraines can be for everyone. My answers were ice and a chiropractor. Turns out my C2 is majorly slipped and riding the nerve like no one’s business. 😅 I also have a psychedelic worm aura that typically lasts for half an hour before the pain and sensitivity kicks in. So I consider myself damn lucky cause I have warning to take meds quick and get in the cold and dark. However it does blind me for that half an hour.
It's a 110° here right now so I needed the fall vibes to help me get through.

I also do the botox for migraines. The savings plan is a life saver. I wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise. I do, unfortunately have daily headaches, but it drastically cuts down on the amount of migraines I get.
I get guided Botox injections for several chronic health issues -and getting it approved at all thru my insurance is becoming increasingly difficult. Back when I first started Botox treatment many years ago, it was via a clinical trial protocol. Thank-you for sharing the reimbursement info for out-of-pocket expenses. I'm glad that you find Botox gives you some relief. Really loved your cozy Fall vlog!.

Thank you for sharing your neck treatments with us. I just had 2 MRIs. Been dealing with worsening pain and an uptick in migraine. Arthritis is one culprit. I have a very small syrinx too. I see someone in October. I am always taking notes when it comes to neck pain. I’m glad you have financial relief now too. I love the new storage container toppers. I saw those at Walmart but had no idea they stack on each other. Very cool. Also loooove the Sherpa vest with hood. I need that in my life. 😅
