    Another great walkthrough by Wiley Sharp! Great looking boat that I'd love to see up close but since I'm at least 4 years from seriously being in the market I will have to wait.

    "Holding tank (Black water) capacity - 160 L (42 US Gal)."
    Are you serious? In my Adria mobile home larger :D
    Who in their right mind would want to buy this catamaran? :D This boat is not designed for Charter even.

    • @kaidemorest2612
      @kaidemorest2612 Před 4 lety +2

      I've chartered catamarans for two weeks with a holding tank capacity of 30 gals, and it was a 40 foot. It's not a big deal. Just open the through-hull once every other day during transit. It's probably designed for non-U.S. waters where you don't have to be far offshore to open.

    • @OcmarketRu
      @OcmarketRu Před 4 lety +1

      @@kaidemorest2612 As far as I know, in Europe, tank dumping is allowed only at a distance of 11 nm (20km) from offshore. Is that a lot? ))

    • @kaidemorest2612
      @kaidemorest2612 Před 4 lety

      @@OcmarketRu No 11nm is not far at all, which is exactly the point, no big deal if you only have a 42 gal tank.

    • @DenisonYachting

      Her black water tank capacity has not been a problem for boaters. She can travel for a while and you will be fine.

    • @catamarancentral
      @catamarancentral Před 4 lety +4

      I think you are focusing on the wrong shit here... Pun intended. From my experience in sailing the Bahamas, Caribbean, and east coast 42 gallons of blackwater is WAYYYYY more than I've ever needed.

      The boat has a full enclosure for the cockpit and helm, which provides more than enough protection in my opinion. On a calm South Florida day we didn't feel the need to put it up.

      The bulkheads are tabbed into the hulls with a bonding compound.
