A little fyi on Dimash. He just turned 30. He's 6'3". He's from Kazakhstan. He lives with his family and will after he's married and has children of his own. Its what they do. Hes been in musical training since age 5. Half a day of elementary school half a day of music. He sings in multiple languages. He plays 8 instruments. He sings 7 octaves. He holds multiple degrees in music. He's studying for his PHD in Musicology. He sings multiple genres. His concerts are attended by fans from 65 to 70 countries. He's not known commonly in the world because he refuses to give his music over to anyone but himself and his father. His 1st album went platinum in 37 seconds, triple platinum in under an hour. His fans are labeled Dears by Dimash himself. Be says we are as dear as family which is HUGE to Dimash. He's a very shy person of stage. His mother says she doesn't know that guy on stage. Most people English-speaking disregard artists who don't sing in English, and reading the translated text is somewhat difficult for them. Additionally, people listen to what music corporations impose on others for profit purposes. Nowadays, you will only hear songs promoted by corporations on the radio. Other performers who do not generate income or sing in other languages are not on the radio or television. Nowadays, the music industry is not an art but a business. This original song was performed at this New Wave Festival where Dimash was a judge. The New Wave Festival is a 4 day competition for young performers supported by the Composer playing the Piano, Igor Krutoy.
Whenever you see Igor on the piano, he composed the song.

Igor is a Russian/Ukranian Jewish man and Dimash is from Kazakhstan and is Muslim.
They are very close as friends and fellow musicians.

The man on the piano wrote this song. Well the music, the lyrics were written by American poet Sharon Vaughn. So the man on the piano is Igor Krutoy, A Russian/Ukrainian composer, singer, producer. And one of the men who started the competition show New Wave, where this song premiered. And he has written and rewritten many songs for Dimash. Dimash live is amazing. And he only just turned 30. When he sang this song he was 27.

I think the 2017 performance of "Adagio" in China might be a good next step for you on your Dimash journey. Most are blown away by how spectacular it is. Either that or "Olimpico," but if choosing the latter, be sure to select either the performance that is on composer Igor Krutoy's channel or the digital show version he did in 2021.

I am glad you discovered Dimash (Dee-Mah-Sh)! He IS amazing! I’ve never heard a vocalist better than he! Dimash’s variety of music is another main point of attraction. He has something for everyone and for every mood.
However, when you learn how wonderful this human being is beyond his singing, you become a Dear. I adore this young man.
